If you have a real estate listing signature, we deploy updates to listings on Thursdays and Fridays. You’ll get a reminder email on Wednesdays to let us know if you want any changes. If you have a banner signature, you or your team can update your banner once per month as part of your subscription. Additional updates can be performed at an additional cost.
Yes, but we’ll do our best to change your mind. Animated images (a.k.a. GIFs) are incredibly distracting when someone is trying to read your very important emails!
If you need to change the contact information in your signature, just email email@example.com (“Signature Modification Request” as subject) with the information and we’ll start the process of getting it updated. There are no additional charges for changing your contact information or redeploying your signature.
We will gladly redeploy your signature at no extra cost any time you need it, whether you replaced your phone, got a new computer, or just started accessing your email from a different program or app. Just email firstname.lastname@example.org (“Deployment Session Request” as subject) to request a deployment session.
Yes, you can have as many signatures as you’d like, but each will be billed as a separate subscription. Also, using multiple signatures can only be done in desktop email clients like Microsoft Outlook and Mac Mail. Complicated workarounds are necessary to use multiple signatures in browser-based and mobile email clients.
To increase or decrease the number of signatures in your subscription, or to cancel subscription entirely, please send an email request to email@example.com. (“Account Modification Request” as subject) Because we bill monthly and do not require long-term contracts, we do not offer pro-rated refunds if you decrease your number of signatures in the middle of a billing period.
We will continue to host the images and links for the signatures in your old emails for one year from the end of your last billing cycle. After that, the images will no longer display, and the links will all arrive at a 404 error page. If you continue to send new emails with one of our signatures after you cancel your subscription, the one year grace period will be shortened to 30 days.
No, unfortunately not. We can only update emails with the signatures that we create and deploy for you.

Sent Emails Are Updated Too
When we update your listings each week, all the old emails you’ve already sent get updated too! That means every email you’ve ever sent is always advertising your current listings.

We use remote software to help you get your signature installed on all your devices and browsers. Unlimited deployment sessions are included in your subscription.
