What Makes Us Different

  • Real experience. Since 2010, we’ve helped solo agents, legal teams, touring musicians, and growing startups — and we adapt our tools to fit each of our clients’ unique needs.
  • Human-first approach. We can explain everything we do in a way that makes sense to you. No pressure. Just honest service and a little humor when it helps.
  • Quality over scale. We take on a limited number of projects at a time, so your business gets our full attention.

What “The Best Regards” Means To Us

We believe the most powerful thing you can do in business is a lasting impression — one that reflects your values, builds trust, and moves people to take action. Our company name is both a mindset and a mission: to make sure everything we create on your behalf — whether it’s a website, an email signature, or IT solution — sends the right message and delivers results.

Meet The Team

When you work with us, you won’t get passed around between departments or funneled through a support queue. You’ll work directly with two seasoned professionals who care deeply about the work and the people they do it for. We’re here to build great things, solve real problems, and make your business look and run better.

Austin Landow

Lead Designer / Technology Whisperer

Austin launched his technology repair business — Computer Anxiety Relief — in 2001 when he was only 15 years old. After graduating from UC Santa Barbara in 2009, he expanded into small business IT support and website design, joined forces with Alex, and rebranded as BAZINGA! solutions. The company grew, evolved, and eventually became The Best Regards in 2020 with the introduction of the custom email signature service.

Austin handles everything on the front end. He’ll be the one designing your website, crafting your email signature, and strategizing optimal solutions for your IT issues.

Outside of The Best Regards, Austin has written on multiple topics, including email inbox management, personal finance, productivity, and personal cybersecurity. He also coaches small teams on how to streamline their operations and communications to be more efficient and effective.

When he’s not writing, solving tech problems or doing design work, you’ll probably find him making pizzas from scratch or turning his recipes into cooking classes.

Alexander Primes

Lead Developer / Code Sorcerer

If Austin is the face of The Best Regards, Alex is the brain behind the scenes making sure everything actually works. He’s the one who translates Austin’s ideas into real, functioning code — occasionally with a raised eyebrow and a quiet, “…you want what?”

Alex has been building custom WordPress sites since 2010 and has developed hundreds of them across nearly every industry. He’s also the architect behind our email signature tech, which lets us update banners and listings on emails even after they’ve been sent.

Where Austin tends to dream big, Alex spends his time figuring out how to make those dreams happen. They’ve been working together long enough to know how to balance each other and which ideas will fly, which need guardrails, and which require a very strong cup of coffee.

Alex lives in Colorado with his dog, Ava, who ensures he stays productive by reminding him to take breaks to play fetch or sleeping on his foot until the work is done.
